Privacy policy
This explains what AI CEO Box collects, why, and who helps us run the service. We collect only what we need to deliver your box and your agents.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and your password, stored as a secure one-way hash. We can't see your password.
- Your work with the agents: your chats, your business plan and your landing page.
- Purchase details: your email, what you bought and whether your subscription is active. Stripe holds your card details for the monthly charge. We never see or store them.
- Technical details: your IP address and browser type, used for security, such as blocking repeated wrong card codes.
- Waitlist: your email, if you join the printed box waitlist.
How we use it
- To deliver your box, activate your cards and run your agents.
- To email you your box link, password reset links and important account messages.
- To keep the service secure and to prevent card abuse.
- To understand usage and costs, such as how many messages are sent, so we can improve the service.
We don't sell your data, and we don't show you ads.
Who helps us run the service
We share data only with the companies that run parts of the service for us:
- Anthropic provides the AI. Your messages and your business plan are sent to Anthropic to generate the agents' replies.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Railway hosts the app and its database.
- Resend sends our emails.
The Idea and Marketing agents can search the web. When they do, the search terms they choose are sent to a search provider through Anthropic.
Cookies
We use one cookie, to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and your work while your account is open, so you can come back to it. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, chats, business plan and landing page. We may keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. Email support@aiceobox.com from the address on your account.
Children
AI CEO Box is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and for important changes we'll email you.
