Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your box. If it's not right for you, you can get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your digital box, email us within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund the $39 box price in full and cancel your subscription. No questions asked.

Monthly fees

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from Manage subscription on your agents page, and you won't be charged again. Monthly fees already charged aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. If you forgot to cancel and email us within 7 days of a monthly charge, and you haven't used your agents since that charge, we'll refund it.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@aiceobox.com from the address you used to buy, and include your box number (it starts with BOX-). We reply within 2 business days, and Stripe usually returns the money to your card within 5–10 business days.

What happens to your box

When we refund a box, its cards are deactivated, its subscription is cancelled and its agents stop working. Copy anything you want to keep from your business plan first.

After 14 days

After 14 days, we don't refund the box price, except where the law requires it or if something on our side stopped your agents from working.

Printed boxes aren't on sale yet. We'll publish their return policy before they ship.
