Terms of service

These terms cover your use of AI CEO Box, a box of AI agent cards sold by AI CEO Box ("we", "us"). By buying a box or activating a card, you agree to them.

What you get

A box contains 8 agent cards. Each card activates one AI agent in your account. The box price includes 2 months of access to its agents, starting on the day you buy.

Digital boxes are delivered as a private link. Printed boxes contain physical cards with QR codes. Both work the same way.

Monthly subscription and automatic renewal

When you buy a digital box, you pay $39 that day. That includes the first 2 months. After that, your subscription renews automatically every month at $9, charged to the card you paid with, until you cancel. Checkout shows the date of your first monthly charge before you pay.

• Reminder: we email you before your first monthly charge.
• Cancel anytime: log in and click Manage subscription on your agents page, or email us. Cancelling stops future charges. Your agents keep working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Failed payments: if a charge fails, Stripe retries it and your agents keep working for a short time while you update your card. If it still can't be paid, the subscription ends and the agents pause.
• If your subscription ends, you keep your business plan, writing and landing page, and you can restart the monthly subscription at any time without buying a new box.
• Price changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before any change to the monthly price.

Cards and accounts

• Each card activates once, on one account. Once activated, it can't be moved to another account.
• All cards in a box must be activated on the same account.
• Keep your box link and your password private. Anyone with your box link can activate its unused cards.
• You may log in on up to 2 devices at a time. Don't share your account.
• You must be at least 18 to buy a box or create an account.

Fair use

Each account can send a daily number of messages to its agents, shared across all agents. The current limit is shown on every chat screen. We may adjust limits to keep the service running well for everyone.

Don't use the agents to break the law, to mislead or harm people, to send spam, or to try to get around these limits or the card rules.

What the agents can and can't do

The agents are AI. They help you plan, write and build, and they can make mistakes. Check important facts, numbers and decisions yourself.

The agents don't give legal, tax, financial or medical advice. For those, talk to a qualified professional.

We don't promise that you'll earn any money. Results depend on your idea, your effort, your market and many things outside our control.

What you make is yours

Your business plan, the writing the agents produce for you and your landing page belong to you. You're responsible for how you use them, including checking that names and content don't infringe anyone else's rights.

Your landing page

The Website Agent can publish a landing page for you on our site. Don't use it for anything illegal or misleading. We may take down a page that breaks these terms.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, which stores your card so the monthly fee can be charged. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Ending your access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@aiceobox.com.

Changes to the service

We're improving the agents all the time, so features may change. If we make a change that takes away something important you paid for, we'll offer a fair fix or a refund.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your box.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll email you.
